The Book

Crème De Colorado is a cookbook that is owned by nearly all of my relatives. When my mom and I were helping box up my grandmother's house she gave me grandma's copy (it is the first edition). I have only tried three recipes from the book in the past. Some of the sections sound delicious...others are pretty scary. Here is a breakdown of Crème De Colorado:

Appetizers: 49 recipes
Soups: 29 recipes
Salads: 41 recipes
Breads: 39 recipes
Brunch: 44 recipes
Pasta: 36 recipes
Fish and Seafood: 39 recipes
Poultry: 39 recipes
Meats: 52 recipes
Colorado Wild, yes...Colorado Wild (the scary section): 30 recipes
Vegetables: 53 recipes
Desserts: 51 recipes
Chocolate: 41 recipes
Mexican: 56 recipes

For a grand total of 599 recipes.

I will cook all 599 recipes within a year starting on May 24th. (Side note: I am not counting the Healthmark Recipe Modification section but may use these sometimes instead of the original fattier recipe)
